There was nothing I didn't like.

Location of the hotel is quite convenient with many attractions and taxi stands in the surrounding. the staff is quite friendly and assists with pick up and drop-off. the room was quite comfortable with a cozy bed and clean bathroom. Consistent and adequate delivery of breakfast can be expected at this hotel. the hotel had nice and clean sauna, steam room and fitness equipment.

There is no chargeback facility on additional expenses, such as room service and pool drinks.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was diverse and delicious with both Western and Asian options available. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to taxis and outings.

The hotel's payment system was extremely inconvenient. Even though we paid with credit card for the room, we were not able to charge anything else to the room.

This hotel exceeded my expectations with their impeccable service and luxurious facilities. the staff was very helpful in arranging transportation and planning outings. I enjoyed the Asian and western breakfast buffet and the spacious third-level pool with sauna, steam room, and gym. the private rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable with exclusive amenities that fulfilled all my needs.

The only minor issue was the payment system for additional charges. Even though I paid for the room with my credit card, I had to pay cash for room service and poolside drinks.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and planning our outings. They went above and beyond by accommodating our late check-out and even provided a picnic for our night train ride. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of Asian and Western food, including cappuccinos and croissants. The facilities, including the large pool on the third level, sauna, steam room, and gym were all fantastic.
